Hello,

I am studying for Cert IV Small Business and I have to conduct a survey for my business plan. My business is QR Codes. For those who have never seen one they look like this:

They make any one dimensional paper marketing material (brochures,business cards, etc) into interactive marketing using smartphones.
What I need to quickly survey is:
1. Have you heard of or seen these codes?
2. If yes, have you used these codes?
3. Having used them, can you see a benefit to your business with the direct, targeted, FREE and unlimited marketing potential?
4. All smartphones can read these codes but the older ones cannot. Do you see this as an issue to my business? Can you please explain why.
5. If I was to show you how your business can get the full benefit of using QR Codes with this form of marketing, how much would you expect to pay for my service in training you in the implementation of QR Codes?

Hi smallbismike,

Firstly, thank you for taking the time to look at my survey. As to your comment the only thing I can do is give you some history.
I am 58 years old and was retrenched late 2010 and have been on the dole since. In Australia if you are on the dole (newstart) and have a business idea the government will pay you to study full time for a Cert IV small business under a scheme call NEIS. Once to have completed the course they will allow you to run your business for a year. It is under the NEIS program I am doing this survey as part of a business plan.
If you would like to contact the forum adjudicator I will provide all the information of my course so they can verify that I am actually on the couse.
It's about the best I can do.
