I have recently start up a small biz in food industry.
Selling snacks and drinks.
The net profit per day is less than a S$100. So in this case, I am thinking to expand my operation
to many different area in order to gain a much fruitful profit.
But in this case, I can foresee other problem typically the following.
1) Staff control and honesty
-It a one man show business and don’t know can they do it? If busy is busy how do I ensure they take the order?
-Also how do I ensure staffs do not steal when we leave them alone?
2) Our snack are from supplier
As it is from supplier, how do I ensure

You can use inventory control by matching sales with product and to improve sales pay the people on commission that way you are aligning your interest
