We have had several less than successful hires of our more junior consultants and I was wondering how successful you have been at attracting and retaining junior talent?

Since so much of our analysis focuses on numbers we look for someone with a strong analytical background and someone who has a personality sometimes it is a tough combination to find

We do the same, and have had reasonable success
