A lot of people are buying into the Jani King franchise which only costs about $2500. Is this an actual franchise or are you technically just an employee of Jani King. Jani King supposedly finds you work but do you have to split your earnings with them?

The Jani King franchise is legitimate as far as I know there costs are a lot higher than what was suggested see below:
