Hello.....I am a new member.

I would like to introduce myself and my company. My name is Steve MacGill and am I am delighted to be joined by my son Andrew. Our company's name is PeerSight. We are a nationwide e-enabled CEO Membership organization for small businesses.

Our mission is to create small confidential e-enabled communities of like minded peers....with the goal of providing small business leadership a confidential environment to test their ideas, challenge their thinking, gain accountability and address the tough issues.

We started the company to leverage a background (24+ years) of helping businesses successfully develop their leadership talent.
