Hi, I have a chance at buying a comic book store. The owner had the business appraised for 90k but because he wants to sell it to someone local and he also likes the idea of selling to someone young, he will sell it to me for 40k. In a few months I'll be able to take about 15k from my annuity. I would like to have atleast 50k so I can pay him off and have 10k to start off with. I live in PA and would like to know what you think would be the best options financially? Thanks for all the help 🙂
