Other than to communicate with other small business owners what would be the purpose of the site? By fair and exhibition hall - what do you mean by that a store where small business owners can sell their products?

I think it would work ok but I am not sure you are going to make a living off of it. There are so many options for outsourcing/online businesses that you would have to be best in class at all things which is hard to do.

I am happy that my idea has attracted you! I will try to response you all. Well, I do doubt that my business center can be source for earning. This idea crossed my mind when I needed a place to post my info but site was too big for me and the second time I needed such a center when I needed to chat with a few people simultaneous in one room.
I understand that the center will require expenses. I hope that adds would cover them
