Popiah business

Hi All,

I am a new user to this forums.

Recently we have set up a make shift store in a coffee shop selling Popiah.
we do not have high profit so I am thinking of setting up more store in order to get more customer in different location. Hoping this could help in increase my revenue.

However if I am going to do this, I will have other area to consider and therefore I am here in the forums hoping to get some valuable advise from your guys.
1) I need to employ staff so I could expand into other area. But I do not know how much to pay a staff for a Popiah helper.
2) If I am going to leave a staff at our current store, how am I going to monitor him/her as we are going to leave the money with the staff and collect when store close

Hope you guys can give me some valuable advise, thank you.
