I see that a lot of people ask for funding through online forums - has anyone had any experience with that. It seems to me that there could be a big potential for fraud with someone asking for money online. Any thoughts?

Check out the Go Big Network. They have forums to ask questions just like this one. The network is for small businesses looking for funding so you will get answers to those questions.

Sorry, I did not understand the original question (I scanned it). It is true, no one will fund a company through a forum.

There are places that are more comfortable with such things online, and those who are open to hearing you out are typically smart about what they're doing.
The "hey, i'm gonna' start a business, but I don't know, but I got this idea, but I don't know" posts aren't going to fly.
Investors will want to see assets, things of that nature before they proceed.
There is always the use of an escrow service to aide in this quest.

Never give big fund at online . You should go with big network of forums. You should check that Forum must be popular at online . I have no any experience for paid forum but you can get best without any spend money. Many websites are fraud at online today. Find best company which provide you best result.
