Objectives of business implementation

New Member

The objectives must be clearly and concisely set out, with the planning of key waystages. They must at the same time be realistic, demanding but achievable.
Tasks
The tasks must be listed with the individuals responsible for completing each task. They must be simply and clearly stated, and need not be oppressive. The results envisaged should outweigh the time and effort devoted to the tasks.
Timescale
Each task, and its duration, must be framed within a clear timescale. The result clearly displays all the activities necessary with their deadlines.

Re: Objectives of business implementation

Hi

The business plan implementation puts theory into practice. If theory and practice do not come together, the plan will remain on the drawing board.

The business plan must be implemented with due regard to deadlines set. The responsibility of each individual involved in the plan must be clearly delineated.

The implementation plan must form an integral part of the business plan. The manager must have a clear idea of the practical impact of his business ideas.

Thanks

The contribution of planning goals and objectives: Each plan and all plans must contribute to support the goals and objectives enterprise. The Primacy of Planning Director must plan in order to achieve a good organization, staffing staffing, management and control, support the achievement of company objectives. Planning and management are inseparable. Any attempt to manage without a plan is unnecessary because there is no way for people to say they want when they want to go.

Re: Objectives of business implementation

I think First of all you should identify a management representative who will be responsible for implementation of ISO9000 compliant QMS and prepare the organization to be certified on ISO9000.

One of his first steps should be an ISO9000 assessment, identifying the gaps between the ISO9000 requirements and the current status of your organization. Based on the outputs, an action plan should be identified to mitigate the gaps detected.

1.2 Mission
2.0 Company Summary
2.1 Company Ownership
3.0 Products
4.0 Strategy and Implementation Summary
4.1 Marketing Strategy
4.2 Pricing Strategy
4.3 Distrubution Strategy
5.0 Management Summary
5.1 Management Team
5.2 Management Team Gaps
6.0 Financial Plan
6.1 Project Profit and Loss

What else do I need? I want to use this plan to show potential investors.

Re: Objectives of business implementation

Strategic plan only gives you the layout and overall picture of the business goals-it is operational plan, which actually let you meet all the business objectives. A well-defined operational or business implementation plan should consider the following aspects.

* How your company will achieve its strategic plan
* It must predicts the time-line of accomplishing your desired goals
* It should help you to break down business needs and goals into smaller objectives and tasks, so as it becomes easier for you to clearly understand the implementation phases and the amount of efforts required bringing success into your business.
* It also gives you the necessary information on how much effective and functional your entire business goals are.
* Operational plan works as a bench mark for performance measurement of your business.

Re: Objectives of business implementation

I am satisfied with most of the responses so far, and agree that where to start is needs assessment to find the gaps. It would also be helpful to examine the type of business of your organization to know if ISO 9001 suffice or you will require industry specific quality system standard such as ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO/DIS 15189.

Re: Objectives of business implementation

Even the most well-thought-out business plan is just a stack of paper if it isn’t coupled with a plan for implementation. This is the portion of the business plan where you’ll clarify objectives, assign tasks with deadlines, and chart your progress in reaching goals and milestones. Here are some guidelines for successful business plan implementation:

Objectives: Your objectives should be crystal clear and specifically spelled out, since you’ll use them as a building block for the rest of the implementation plan. For example, let’s assume your startup is a small consulting firm. Your objective should be tough but reachable, and could read something like this:

* Secure office space and be open for business in three months.
* Sign three clients within first three months of operations.
* Sign 10 clients within first year.
