Your best bet is to go to the SBA if you are a US Citizen if not you can ask for funding at sites like postidea.com and hopefully you will find someone who will loan you money without a lot of business inteference I assume you already checked into your local bank

You could just pay your sales people on commission then you do not have to get any type of financing
