How hard is it to get funding?

(@Anonymous)
New Member

My husband and I are young. mid 20s. Im afraid that that might be a negative on us when looking for a loan. We currently have a small online boutique right now but would love to expand into a retail location. How hard is it to be approved for small business loans?

Funding is the most difficult thing researchers do, and with the recent cuts to the NIH, it just got harder.

I don't think it would be hard to get loan for your business if you fulfill all the conditions of corresponding bank. As you are explaining that you have already set up your business online then I hope you will get funding very soon. Best of Luck.

3. Dress professional
4. Bring all necessary documents and make them neat
5. Be confident
6....but not too confident that your pushing the officer for a loan
7. check their policy

Re: How hard is it to get funding?

Yes, you may apply for financial aid even if you are are convicted felon. If the financial aid application asks you a question in regards to this issue, just answer honestly. They will ask you if you have been convicted for the sale of drugs, or for possession of drugs while on financial aid. If this is true, you would not be eligible for aid. Please note, it says while you were on financial aid. So, if you were convicted before or after you received aid, or you never applied for financial aid before, then your OK. Go figure! Anyway, other than that it looks like your good to go. Best wishes!!
