Q:how many investors do you have now?
A:Due to Investor privacy rules and regulations we cannot disclose information about our investors. We can disclose the amount of possible capital we have raised through our investors, $36, 840, 200.

Q:how many clients do you have now or is this
what the 20 people are for?
A:Right now the clientel we have are working clients, which means that we are trying to plug their business before we the site is up. Thus, they do not get the free deal or can participate in the market research.

Q:what is your fee for any transaction
A:Our pricing is $149.95 for our service. It is a one time fee payed when an investor sends you a message and you have the option to reply, therefor being charged. This guarantess that you pay nothing unless we do our service right. You are only charged once, for each business idea submitted.

Q:is there any ncnd forms
A: Yes we do have NCND (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure and Working Agreement) forms. On top of that our employees sign a non-compete clause in their contracts. Our company's strong point is our security. At no time is any information given out that is not allowed by customer.

Q:what is the min.. max.. amount?
A:There is no minimum or mazimum amount. We do suggest a minimum of $5, 000 and a Maximum of $5, 000, 000. We are making partnerships with Venture Capital and Angel Investor groups so that the larger capital entrpreneurs can have an equal and better playing field.

Q:has there ever been a successful transaction as of yet..
A:We have had successful transactions. The transactions we have made is minimal to the possibilites of when the site is officially open. On our official site investors will be able to browse and search entrepreneurs. Right now at this time we only give them entrepreneurs that fit what they are looking for.

Q:do you deal in real estate ? if so are you license?
A:We do not deal in real estate. If you need the capital for real estate purposes no laws stand between you for doing that. Once you are appointed the capital, anything done with it is between yourself and the investor.

Q:do you have any business license or any other license besides a driver license i hope..
A:We have our business license (Nevada), EIN, DBA, and in fact Drivers License. We are an LLC. The main attraction to being an online investment network is state to state and other certain taxes and fees do not apply. $149.95, currently th lowest fee for our industry, is a very small price to pay compared to the taxes usually payed through venture capital funds.

Q:do you deal in business financing--factoring --ppp bg-mtns-bonds--bg/leasing-forex-sblc-collateral provider?
A:At this time we do not do business financing. It is in our five year plan to open Ballocks Venture Cappital, LLC.

Q:private label credit cards(debit)
A:We only offer private label credit cards to our employees? How exactly did you forsee this with being a customer. Thank you for your input.

Q:have you ever done this before?
A:We have done this on a smaller scale, mainly for healthcare and telecommunications company. We are entering a new realm of ideas and possibilities.

Q:what is the criteria for both investor and entrep.?
A:The only criteria for entrepreneurs is that you have a business idea, though understand you have a better chance the more evolved your company and idea is. Due to certain laws there is not much criteria for investors. We do ask for their SSN therefor if a complaint is filed on them a credit and background check can be filed.

Q:who does due diligence to make sure funds are clean ?
A:I, or my business partner, personally review each and every form sent in. We are developing software in which can detect certain keywords that prevents duplicate accounts, fraud, spam and many more frowned upon submissions.
