What online resources do you turn to for your small business planning?
Re: Business Planning Resources
Probably one of the best sites that we continually go back to is the Malcolm Baldridge site Baldrige National Quality Program for those of you who arent familiar with this award, it is given to companies that demonstrate the highest qualities in an organization and they even have an award for small businesses. Take a look at the questions that the firms have to answer and the former award winners you will learn a lot about your own organization and best practices.

The UK also has a similar site British Quality Foundation which I have found to be extremely helpful
