We do most of our computer work internally but if we run into problems we use Best Buys Geek Squad and have been fairly happy with them.

Actually I do but it is not my full time job. The problem is that most of your colleagues expect you to know technology like it is your full time job. We have a couple of employees who worked for large firms and expect the same service. It is very frustrating.

At beginning stage of my small business to handle all process through the spreadsheets. But it not easy to manage all business process, one of my business clients provide some information about Apptivo. Then I collect more details about that software, test free trial plan after move to this software. It suitable for small business, handle business process easily and cost effective.
