Giving genuine appreciation for the work of the employee is the most important thing at work place because through this appreciation the employee realizes their actions are truly being watched.
Keep your mission in front of everyone in the organization.
Give Compensation as per their performance.

Be creative in determining rewards.
Before you launch the plan, decide the reward. If you've relied on bonuses or profit sharing in the past -- and they work -- then, by all means, continue to use them.

Motivation has the big effect on the human beings. with out motivations no work can done with passion . motivation forces the persons to the work again and again till the success comes towards them .One of the most important factors that lead one to their goals is the drive. This drive is known as motivation

If you want good business you should Motivate your employees. It can be good for both employer and employees. Worker do very well If they motivated by money,good benefits and insurance. They can do extra work and give good production for companies. Now a days most jobs are goal-oriented.

People put in their best when it becomes personal, help make your business personal by including your employees in your plans for the future of your business. Ask them what they feel should be done with regard to their particular aspect in which they contribute to your business. You'd be surprised at how such a small thing can get you such a big return.

Encourage your employees to be solution creators instead of problem creators. When employees to communicate a problem for you, look at it as an opportunity to give their employees. Ask employees how they would solve the problem, express your confidence that they are the person to solve the problems that give them the tools to solve the problem and follow up with them. You just can employees find ways in the future to create solutions and make your team more productive at the same time
