A good leader have the responsibility and honesty of work, and to doing work in the it's selected criteria. He can see the overall process and can understand the problem and have solution of that problem.

The best leaders are people who know how to convey a vision to others. They also know what motivates people. I came across a really video from an animated lecture series the other day on what motivates us. I don't know if I can post the link in here so if you look up "RSA Animate Drive" on Youtube you should be able to find it. It's just an example of the ways a good leader can learn to motivate others.
