Employee is king of company, so that maintain good relation with employee. We have to provide some insensitive and not-finance reward, so that employee are motive and they give more and more output.

Maintaining a good employee relation is a prerequisite for the success of any organization. If any business organization want to achieve good productivity good employee relations can make your way easier. Conflicts between employee and employer are part of business but you should know how to deal with them. There must be an effective communication system between employee and employer. A good healthy employee relation lead to more hard working, motivated, productive and efficient employees.

The goal of an employee relations program is to increase employee satisfaction and maintain good morale among workers. good employee relations provides fair and consistent treatment to all employees so they will be committed to their jobs and loyal to the company.
