Re: Choosing the Best Mobile Phone

Nowaday's with all a huge amount of choices it's hard to determine what actually is the Best, or the Best for you. Recently I a friend of mine showed his Apple iPhone and it actually inspired me to write a post about it that you can find at my -Home Business Lifestyle Blog - that you can find on that blog at: http://hpshappyhomebusiness.blogspot.com/2011/08/apple-iphone-portable-multi-talent-for.html
I would love to see your comments and stories about your favorite Mobile Phones or your 'Portable Power'.

All the Best,

Re: Choosing the Best Mobile Phone

Great post, it's really helpful to getting right cellphone for you, I have been using GSM phones for so long and it's good for me, some company commit for large and high network but they are not able to create huge network connection, I prefer vodafone because this is the only company which has perfect connection also in weak network area.

Re: Choosing the Best Mobile Phone

How to choose the best mobile phone

When choosing the best mobile phone people need to keep in mind the following:

will it feel comfortable in the hand for hours a day and in against the face

will the phone last the tests of time with your vigorous lifestyle

will the mobile do what you want it to do

is it practical

People just seem to want to by and mobile phone spending hundreds of dollars because it looks good, or is by a popular brand.

Many cell phones out there today can almost make your coffee for you. I wouldn't be surprised if over the next year or so one of the big phone companies invent the mobile phone kettle. Maybe you can call or bluetooth your kettle and it will make your favourite brew? You never know do you, just think of all the weird technological inventions for luxury out there.

But the point comes in here, how much are you willing to pay for a mobile phone that could make your coffee a few minutes before you get in your front door. Believe me that with the price of technology, you would be paying a lot.

Now with how to choose the right nobile phone you need to keep in mind the above points.

Are you paying through the nose for something your never going to use or that is really expensive because its a new feature, first of its kind. Believe me that having a piece of technology that wont be out of date for several years is definitely worth your money.

But think of practicality

Is this mobile phone going to get in your way because it has a flip out tv screen that's going to add an inch on each side of the phone

How is this going to feel caring around a very expensive but technologically advanced brick. Do you suffer from hand cramps easily?

Something that people always overlook is the build quality. They just assume that because one of the top 3 phone companies made it that its gonna last forever. Oh no no this is not true with anything. It does not matter who made it or how much you paid for it, it can still break without warning.

Are you a person that is a little bit clumsy

Do you walk around at work and bump into things like the side of a table or hit your car door all the time

If you do things like this than your phone is probably going to cop that clumsy abuse over and over again. Unless you have an air tight accidental damage policy against your phone that your going to have a problem with the mobile phone dying prematurely.

What can you do?

Well first of all you should learn to watch where your going. If this is you than im sure the wave of hot coffee will get your phone long before the car or table end. Leather cases can soften the blow, maybe this is something worth your while.

The screen is the weakest part

This comes into play over and over again and probably the most common mobile phone damage. Getting the screen replaced is not cheap and can add up very quickly.

So what can you do to protect your mobile phone screen

First of all don't keep your phone is the same pocket as say your keys, that shiny new mobile phone will become dull and aged very quick doing this

You can look into getting your mobile phone screen coated in a thin plastic coating that you can buy in packs of say 5 to 10 for a small price. These are similar to the coating that covers your phone screen when it first comes out of the box.

The leather case for your phone comes into play again here protecting the screen of your cell.

What else is common when coming to mobile phone damage?

Well spills. Don't leave your cell phone at the dinner table next to the gravy and wine. I don't know how many times ive though to myself "there's no way that's gonna splash all the way over there".

Dropping the phone

One of the most common forms of cell phone repairs needed. Don't sit the phone on your lap. Get into the habit of not putting the phone on your lap because what happens when you stand up ay? hmmm.

All these things including the leather case, screen coating and a few extra dollars a month for mobile phone insurance are nothing compared to dropping your new $600 mobile phone in the gravy.

That's where warranty comes in

Warranty isn't as safe as it used to be with companies finding any loop hole in the warranty agreement to crawl out of.

Just because you have a piece of paper that says "if the unit stops working before the warranty period is up" doesn't mean that its set in stone.

Ive rang up companies when one of my products has died and they would find every way possible to get out of the warranty. Stating this and stating that from the fine print. So when you get extended warranty or even normal warranty, make sure you ask about any what if's you have.

Mobile phone features getting in the way?

Maybe you have a touch screen mobile phone. But think about it, if it responds to your fingers what's it going to do to your cheeks when its against your face. You should always test out any products before you buy it or even search the internet for trusted mobile phone review websites.

The way i see it

If a store isn't willing to let you test any product before you buy it, then go to one that will.
