Re: CD burner is not burning

You should try using cd writing wizard. If still the process fails, check quality of your cd. Sometimes the process fails because there is no enough space in CD. You may first try simulation before starting the original process.

Re: CD burner is not burning

Hello

If your computer includes a CD or DVD recorder, you can copy files to a writeable disc. This process is called burning a disc. By default, Windows burns discs in the Live File System format, but you can also choose to burn discs in the Mastered format.

You can use Windows to burn a data disc, which is useful for storing, archiving, and sharing files among different computers. If you want to make a disc that will play in a music or video player, you should burn the disc using a music or video program.

Re: CD burner is not burning

Hello,

Recently, it has come to my attention that my computers CD burner is no longer functioning. The other day I was trying to burn some pictures to give to a friend, and it would go through the process, but then at the end it would say that there had been a problem, and the program needed to close. The result is a ruined CD-R, and no files burned anywhere.
This is beginning to become a problem, as I used to use it to regularly back up word onto CD-RW's and would like to do so again.
This problem persists as well on burning music, or anything for that matter, and I'm out of ideas.
Please, if anyone knows anything about this, tell me, and I'll get you whatever statistics, logs, or anything needed to diagnose this.

Thanks,

Diesel Models

Re: CD burner is not burning

Best solution is using cd writing wizard. If process fails then the quality of cd, which you inserted. In 10% cases it happens that the processes fails because of the empty cd spaces. You can try before simulation before the original trial.
