The purpose of call center outsourcing is that it benefits businesses greatly. You can save a huge amount of operating costs by outsourcing. Companies are finding that they can serve their customers better by considering outsourcing - with offshore outsourcing, business owners will not have to sacrifice financial and human resources in order to carryout these tasks in-house. By doing this you are sure of having professionals who have the expertise to effectively handle your contact center needs, while you explore new markets and advertising areas.

Neither would "not allow" or prevent any outsourcing of call centers. Obama would give tax credits to companies that don't outsource to other countries.

It is hard to tell what the result would be. It sounds good at first, that it would keep jobs here. That's true. But if history is to be trusted, when Hoover tried this, ultimately this did have the desired effect of not having the jobs go to other countries, they did stay here.

That all depends...In the short term it probably is cheaper. However, in the long run if your customers can't understand the customer service rep who is supposed to be assisting them in their situation, then you are probably going to lose their goodwill & word of mouth will spread that the customer service is poor & not worth any savings that might be an incentive to purchase your product

Nowadays call center is fast growing field or IT. it is good to hear call center but actually it is not a easy job to do .In this job we have good patience and good communication because in international call center mostly people comes problem to understand the customer problem and it also affect on our body due to continuously doing work on phone.
