A Leader that Transforms others, will motivate and inspire people to perform at levels far beyond anything that they had previously thought possible. A Transformer Leader, empowers their team members, by keeping them fully informed on everything that affects the team. People want and need to feel that they are insiders! There is nothing so demoralizing to a person than to be kept in the dark about their team. So to better your team, you will need to better yourself by becoming a Transformer Leader.

It's a very powerful asset to motivate someone especially if you're a good leader. It's being more dominant along with confidence.
