Re: About Help Desk
Hi Len,
One you idea you may want to consider is outsourcing your customer service to a real live person or company. Customer service freelance employees are very cost effective these days and can provide much more value then most software or computers can. If there is not too much customer service work then just have them come into work a few convenient hours a week and take care of it all. The personal touch and dedicated reporting will be worth the few dollars this type of set up costs.
Re: About Help Desk
Well, if you have to build good clients then you have to respond them personally for better result any software wouldn't do this work, I hope you agree with me.

I do agree with daveb.Outsourcing is a good way to do it. I would also advise to use EU countries for outsourcing. The benefits of this are:
Reduced personnel costs by 30% to 40%
Access to some of the most skilled and educated personnel in the EU
Low salary inflation, loyal and dedicated staff
Enhanced services with around the clock and multi-lingual support
Improved overall competitiveness
