Public relations specialist...how to find one

Hi, just found this forum while searching for various things.

I have a new project which is a not for profit organisation in Asia, it is for the benefit of children.

I also have this rather unique and controversial idea for it to gain worldwide publicity and generate income.

I am wondering if it might be possible to find an experienced specialist that would be interested to assist with
this.

The idea is unique and those that know its full details are of the same opinion to its worldwide possibilities. It
would generate significant exposure in the right direction for the right person or company that can do this PR
exercise.

So, therefore I am seeking a highly experienced person to discuss this with...but how to find them is my
issue.

If anyone can advise, please do so.
