If you haven't done it yet, a little bit of research would help. According to wikipedia, forensic accountants are simply "forensic auditors or investigative auditors, often have to give expert evidence at the eventual trial." A specific service such as this may be a challenge to market, but I believe if you are aware of the general principles of what works and what doesn't for the consumers, then marketing forensic accounting services should be like just marketing any type of service.

You have to be able to identify your target market. I believe that anyone who hires a lawyer can hire a forensic accountant. It would also help if you have an accounting firm, to emphasize this service as part of your company's strengths. If you have a website, you can provide good information to your prospective clients, like a Q & A section or live support.
