How do i catch a businesses attention?

Hi,

I am trying to find way to contact small businesses in order to convince them to use my site. I have limited time and a limited budget. I have considered emailing, cold calling, and just walking in the front door and delivering my sales pitch. I know most of these methods have a low ROI, so i am hoping someone give me better methods, or a way to increase the ROI on the methods I already mentioned.

actually going to knock on their office is definitely a nice way if you have time. i would be impressed if anyone in this age still does that

I do that. But I would try some social media sites like facebook or twitter.

You can't let your prospects wait, so give them what they want now. Better yet, provide them with instant value. When you give prospects immediate access to beneficial information focused on them, you get rewarded with action.I hope it can help you mate.

I know for YPA, since we're an online business, if people comment on our blog posts, they get noticed. Hope this helps!

When it comes to marketing your business, two variables constantly work against each other.First, your prospects are inundated with information. Work in fears, agitate pains and then promise a better life in some way. And don't be hesitant to tell a story.
4. Provide exclusivity. Who doesn't like being part of a select group? While everyone else trumpets "me too" promises, your limited-time offer, special privileges or members-only invitations offer your prospects access to something others can only wish they had.
5. Engage and encourage interaction. Prospect involvement helps you establish closer relationships and proves you want to better understand your potential customers' needs and desires. As a result, you gain greater trust and, ultimately, more sales.

You can submit your site to web directories to help get your site out there. Another option might be for you to submit some press releases, this will help you to generate more traffic as well as give you some backlinks to your site.

I checked out your site. I'm not sure what it does and why I need it. One thing you never want to have to do though, is convince someone that they need you. Your best ROI comes from placing yourself in front of people that are looking for what it is you have to offer. These are the ones who have their wallet in hand and are ready to pay you. Everything else is just spam and static.
