I have a weight loss business with four centers in southern california. Most of my new business comes from word of mouth. I also have phone book listings, but do quite well with just the referrals. I'm thinking of branching out and trying t.v. thinking that this will give the best bang for the marginal buck. I've looked at Spot Runner for affordable television advertising. Does anyone have experience with this company? Any recommendations?

You are in an ideal position to employ the ways of stimulating WOM advertising.

Classical TV advertising is very cost ineffective for most small businesses. It takes an average of 27 "impressions" on a target customer before the message begins to sink in. I realize this will anger a lot of ad execs., but I deal with the true psychology of the target customer, not simply the results of focus groups.
PM me, if you want more information.
Re: A Question about Spot Runner for t.v. ads
Spot Runner is an Internet based ad agency that focuses on making it easy and affordable for local businesses to advertise on TV. Traditionally making commercials has been too expensive and complex for small businesses.
