i think Bookmarking, relevant blog commenting, submitting articles with link back to my site. These are the effective ways to go up of the google top page.

Try using social bookmarking, blogging, creating other websites that link to your main website, forum posting (posting relevant information that helps the forum, not just advertising), and submitting to some directories.

First you must know your targeted keyword, and I would suggest to use Google Adword Keyword Tool to determine your search keyword local and international visits as well as the competition of the keyword phrases.

I think first of all analysis the site and do bookmarking, article, yahoo answer and blog comments.

I've built a long-term online business and it earns an stable income every month whether I work it or not. So for me, it's not just a matter of getting my keyword to the top. It's a matter of getting to the top and staying there. Or else, I am just chasing the search engines in a never ending g**e of out thinking algorithms. I'm not into that. It's stressful and too much work. And I like my passive income (or near passive).

What I have done is write original, high-quality pages that are focused on specific keywords that I have researched. These keywords are relevant to my site, not just random keywords chosen for their Adsense value. Part of the decision to use them involves how many people are searching for them and how many sites are writing about them.

Once chosen, (and I chose many of them related to my niche), I write pages in way that please both search engine spiders AND human visitors. I provide lots of information so that I have more chances of being picked up by the spiders, then interlink my pages carefully in order to flow traffic to different pages.

Meanwhile, I use careful linking strategies that only involve high-quality sites. I never get involved in linking schemes or spammy linking campaigns. And I never go after one type of link over and over again. Example: Article marketing. Some people invested a lot of time in article marketing only to have Panda wipe out their efforts.

If you're on page criteria is good and you please you visitors, you don't have to go crazy with links. To do so, can actually work against you when Google shifts. Google wants high-quality, natural sites in their search results. Not spam.

This has worked well for me.

Perhaps, if we want to have a keyword that is too much competition.

We just need to play the keyword little smaller.

For keyword ranking you should do article submission, social bookmarking, css submission and rss submission. All are effective methods for getting good result.

Unique and quality content or meta tag and regular work in directory submission, Article submission, Press release submission, social bookmarking submission, blog commenting and posting and lots of work in link building activities.

Right now, I am mostly doing 3 way blogroll (or sidebar) link exchanges. However, I am also trying blog posts with the link inside the text. In addition, I am trying some do follow forum posting.
