facebook is indeed the biggest one out there, but i dont think you should use it solely for the business purpose, it can be effectively used for spreading out the word about your product, you can certainly get some great traffic if you offer them something good like contests, competitions, quizzes etc.. i cannot say how many will eventually turn positive.. but yes, it is worth trying

Apart from Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin Google + is also becoming important for any business. I think with the pace it is moving, it will be far ahead of twitter and linkedin if not Facebook. Facebook had an advantage over Google for being the first media platform with so many features. But overall I am discovering Google + daily and really. thoroughly enjoying it!

Face Book-You can add to share video, image , quota on wall, friends can receive notifications of all activities when someone in their network has made changes or updates.
LinkedIn- LinkedIn serves to help individuals and companies to build and maintain them.
MySpace- allows customization of profile and integration of features such and blogs, groups, bulletins, widgets.
Twitter- a great and extremely fast way to disseminate information.
Digg- for good stuff and release breaking news.

Good Points Mtrick. But I think Not many affiliates and businesses are using MySpace anymore.. the craze has suddenly gone down and I guess this is the right time when they should sell it. Coz it is on the verge of becoming another Orkut!
