Dofollow links pass link juice of a link to another link which point to it and nofollow links never pass any link juice to other link, dofollow backlinks are important for SEO, search engines won’t give any importance of nofollow links.

To define dofollow links there is not any special tags use the normal link is considered as a dofollow link but to define nofollow link we have to use attribute "rel" and give nofollow value to it, for more understanding check following example

those links that has the "rel=nofollow" attribute tells the crawlers not to go any deeper with that link, hence the page is not crawled through that page and link juice is not passed, links without that tag goes the opposite way. Contrary to what many would say that you should only search for dofollow links, nofollow vs. dofollow also plays a role in determining your SERP.

I think the different between the Do Follow and No Follow links but there are still many that don't. To many, the difference is very insignificant while to others it is very important.

No-follow links are not so important. It is one which doesn't crawl any link to other link which point to it whereas do-follow link tell the spider to crawl.

No-follow links, though not high, thus have some importance. it helps you rank good in Bing and Yahoo search engines.

do follow is that which Link is a hyperlink that provides search engines to pass along then it's page rank affects to an outbound link.No follow Link is exactly the opposite to do follow. It is a hyperlink and it removes the ability to pass on it's page rank affects to the other sites.

Actually the search engines handle nofollow differently. Google will not follow the link, assign PR to it, or give it weight in its algorithm. Yahoo will follow the link but give it no weight in their algorithm. MSN says they won't give the link any value but it is hard to confirm exactly what they're doing.

Do follow sites crawl in search engine and No follow not crawl in search engine an another thing is Do follow sites give backlink and No follow sites not give backlink to you. Mostly SEO link builders use do follow sites to get backlinks to their clients.

The dofollow and nofollow allows other webmasters to place a link to your site on their page and have the option of letting the backlink count or not, in google's eyes. If they place a link with a dofollow link you will get credit for the backlink, if they do not then you won't.
