I think moz Rank shows the popularity of a particular site is on line. moz Rank popular with high scores tend to align better. More connections to a particular page it becomes more popular. Links to important pages to increase the popularity of a page then moz Rank popular sites.

If you are using the SEOmoz Linkscape then, you might consider using mozRank, mozTrust, Domain level moz Trust and Domain level moz Rank. If you already have over 10,000 links then strategy of getting more of links of that similar quality probably is not for you. You probably need to get more of links that are of higher quality.
