Hello...
Guys i have one question about PR.. What do you think about PR calculating? Is it really possible to achieve a PR 6 with 19 backlinks from a website that also has a PR 6?

Of course not. You can check out Wiki and see the formula that they use in calculating for the page rank. but anyways, don't pay too much attention on it as it is not that important nowadays anymore. even if you have low PR, your site can still rank well in search engines.

No, it is not possible because website(PR6)'s PR distribute in the all links which are posted on it and their inbound links. For more details you can read about PR calculating on wilipedia, SEOMOZ blog and Matt Cutt blog.

It won't be possible unless you had pr7, pr8 or pr9 links. But for 19 PR6 back links, expect to get a strong PR5

No, totally wrong concept. Need to get more and more quality back links from high page rank site. Also getting back links from a different c class IP, .Gov or .Edu are very helpful.
