Nice list of things people should avoid. People really tend to not provide proper content on their site. This usually steers people away immediately.

Re: Web Design Mistakes

Poor navigation is definitely a huge mistake for designing a web page. we must remember the 3 click rule. in less than 3 clicks, we should be able to get the users to the page that they need to be in at or a page to get them interested in a site's products and services.

Re: Web Design Mistakes

When you are creating your website, you have to think of the big picture. What is your company's branding? What type of image are you trying to convey? You should already have a solid idea of what this entails in your company, and you need to make sure that it translates to the web design.

Re: Web Design Mistakes

It is important to check above mentioned mistakes before launching website live on the internet. A good web designer and developer must check and confirm all the errors which may stop or occur on abnormal user input from the users. Sometimes such small mistakes like this can make you a loss of visitors and high bounce rate. One common mistake seen in the unprofessional web design is the opening of the new window on each click.
