I really wouldn't advise people in doing any directory submission as they are somewhat a waste of time nowadays. 1st, not a lot of them are that authoritative as most directories were before. most of them are most likely just link farms. second, the juice that you can get from those pages are very minimal. I would rather suggest that you find very relevant non directory sites for a link than to submit hundreds of links to directories that wouldn't give you much. one way to see if what I'm saying is true is by checking out your stats through analytics and webmasters tools. no benefits from directory sites

Things are evolving on the Net. Some linking building strategies are no longer as effective as they once were. Always make quality your top priority and diversify your link building efforts. Don't choose one method and use it excessively as it could cause problems in the future. Never engage in link spam. Build high quality original content (which could procure natural linking for you) and establish a well-rounded, quality link campaign.
