Kindly tell me that Can I use two same keywords with different URL in the signature of my post.Is is legit. Will forums administrator banned my account in that case. Share your suggestions with me.

It depends on forum's terms and condition. Please read the terms. I think there is nothing illegal to use same keyword with different URLS.

Considering the amount of signature links you have now and you are still not banned, I think you are gonna get through with it. What is the sense of having that much sig links anyways? It is NOT going to increase your chances of a link juice anyways. the distribution of the link in forums is very MINIMAL.

It's depend on Forum Moderator that he/she will approve it or not. Many moderators take it in spamming and some will approve them.
