Twitter is good for business for your online promotion, else you can also go for facebook and other site for your online promotion of your business.

I think it is good to tweet about current popular events or interesting useful information and try to build your follower network. Also, actively promote your twitter account on forums, other social networks like facebook, through your emails and any offline stationery that you use. I think it is important to gain loyal followers before you start trying to sell to them.

I would look at your competitors and see how they are interacting with their customers. Try to see what you can do that they aren't doing yet and use that towards your advantage. You should also use the twitter search option which is very helpful in finding the right people you want to connect with. Try to network with as many people as possible, but be sure that your objective is not to pitch your business, rather to make and extend your network.

I know how to manage twitter, but I don't know how to gt followers in the sea of the internet

I think it's good for tweeter on current events or popular interesting and useful information when trying to build your follower network. In addition, actively promote your Twitter account on the forums, other social networks like Facebook, via email and all the stationery you use offline.
