Re: twitter for business

I think it is good to tweet about current popular events or interesting useful information and try to build your follower network. Also, actively promote your twitter account on forums, other social networks like facebook, through your emails and any offline stationery that you use. I think it is important to gain loyal followers before you start trying to sell to them.

Re: twitter for business

I would look at your competitors and see how they are interacting with their customers. Try to see what you can do that they aren't doing yet and use that towards your advantage. You should also use the twitter search option which is very helpful in finding the right people you want to connect with. Try to network with as many people as possible, but be sure that your objective is not to pitch your business, rather to make and extend your network.

Re: twitter for business

I do agree that Twitter is also very effective social site to promote your business on the Internet, but you can't say this is much useful than Facebook.

The game is over.

Twitter is a very good tool for promoting your business. But you want to make sure that you're making relevant hashtags, because they can get more people to see what it is that you're posting. So that would be something to think about. I mean more people are able to see the tweets that you make from that, so it would be a good idea to just try that out.
