Well if you do want the project or tasks to be done fast and efficient, you can outsource it. One reason for outsourcing is that the lack of staffs or people that will do the tasks for your business. Some businesses outsource because no one will do the tasks that needs to be done and sometimes specialised people can do it. When you outsource you can take advantage of the specialised and experienced staffs that are meant for the job because they are specialist and experienced with that kind of job and they know how to do it with efficiency.
