Do you build your websites from scratch or do you use a template to get started?

We create most of our templates from scratch. By templates I mean DreamWeaver templates that allow us to easily update all of the site pages at once if we have to.

Nobody wants to see a website that 100,000 other people have- nor will they take it seriously, either.
That's been my experience.
