Hello friends,
I have been working on one of the seo projects related online health insurance. I am doing all the activities like article submission, directory submission, social bookmarking, forum posting and blog commenting, but not getting the desired result as the keywords keep on jumping and some are still on the same position showing no improvements. Kindly suggest some different activities other than these one which will prove to be more effective and result oriented.

Here are the things that you can do:
- Analyze your own website - are my pages worthy to be in top SERP. does my content follow the webmaster guidelines. should I make any changes? am I W3C compliant? are there errors on my pages
- check your competitors - why they are ranking better than you

First of all you will use unique content because after comes Google new update Google Panda, content is king. It play a great role in increase the ranking of your website. Then build on quality backlinks means post your links only do-follow, high PR and relevant websites. Check your competitors backlinks and post your links on same websites. Hope your website will improve soon.

Do reverse engineering on your competitors and try getting similar links.
