Is it possible after from moving my site from na to 3 that i won't be able to move it up any higher via seo with google? I am running an all flash website.

I have partially understood you query nevertheless I try to give a reply. Generally there is a ranking problem with Flash based websites but many of us are running such websites and get higher ranking. You can move up than 3. Flash sites still can be optimized. There are several approaches to this.

1. Input metadata
2. Provide alternative pages
3. Flash Search Engine SDK – This helps you to extract text from a Flash movie
4. SE-Flash.com – This helps you to visually shows what from your Flash files is visible to search engines and what is not.

page rank is not much effective factor, two major ranking factor is content and linking
