I think you need competitor analysis because may be your competitor ahead than you. So, check one by one your competitors that appears above your link on page 2. In addition to this give freshness your content and try to get backlink from higher PR sites.

I already do competitor analysis and try to do submission in competitors' Back link also...But No improvement....Any special method for these two way.....

15 months is a long time. Well, you might want to abandon the SEO stuff that you know or you have been doing to your site cause it is not working. You definitely would need to do a lot for your site if it's not happening in that long. You need to 1. assess your site again 2. check your competitors 3. check your analytics too on what's wrong with your site... That's too long. 4 months is enough to make a site rank good but 15months, that's too long.

How about writing more pages? Have you done any keyword research?

If not, I would gather a list of in-demand keywords for which the competition wasn't too great. Then start writing pages focusing on the keywords. This should all be relevant to your niche and domain name. Concentrate on doing this until your traffic increases.

Meanwhile, start developing a quality links program. Don't engage in spammy link schemes. Just work to get a diverse array of quality in-bound links.

That ought to solve your problem.
