Mad SEO Tricks

Trying to crack the code of SEO is perceived to be extremely hard and only for the pros to deal with, but that is complete hogwash and I'll tell you why. Ranking high in the search engine results (SERPS) can be done if you know how it works and what the robots that crawl your site are looking for. These little spiders crawl your site looking for keywords, other works and phrases that support the main keyword, the name of your site including description and any tags and H1 tags and of course links to and from your site.
Doing keyword research is essential, you need to ask yourself these questions during your research:

* How many competing web pages are there for this word or phrase?
* Is it a hot item people are searching for?
* How many people are searching for this?
* Is there a domain available for that exact word or phrase?

Of course you want low competition and high search volume, BUT be aware of the top 10 results who show up when you search for that term, if they are all aged domains and high page ranking pages and tons of PR5 plus backlinks you can find it very difficult to compete with them even if the competition appears to be low. You need to do your homework on all of this and check all the data before you jump into it, take your time because there nothing more frustrating than building a site only to feel stuck in the hundreds without no means to budge.
