this will not work. penguin is an update to the google algorithm that affects how sites are ranked in search results. there is no escaping other than shutting down your website. the only other option is to stop doing spammy activities, in particular link building.

Well It depends, how fast and what all the information you are changing and how quickly.I think you should have to be careful about in using content. you have to use Unique content & other thing anchor text for on page and off page should not be same as Niche.
