You may want to consider video training I think it is far more useful, you can get text based training online. Adobe offers some training that you may want to try

As opposed to a video you may want to consider you may want to consider the visual quickstart guide book. I found it helpful because it takes you through visual examples of Dreamweaver 8

The best site is you can prefer W3Cschools all the information is given in details and it is the best site for a fresher as well as professional. You can learn each and every thing from the basic and all information is given with examples so you can understand easily.
