Those two are both good, but I prefer to use CMS because being practical, it saves money and saves time 🙂

There is absolutely nothing wrong with old school, code and type to design. but even most of the professional designers out there now are using a CMS (wordpress, drupal, joomla, etc) simply because they are faster and take less effort. As more and more becomes included there is less to design. So yes, saves money and time. Also most have a professional look from the start if you use the right theme.

CMS (content management system is under development site). A type of dynamic website where you can change what you want. Suppose you have an update or want to add an additional menu to your website, you can do this to your site admin panel.
