I totally agree with you its very nice answer of you about blog commenting..Blog commenting is ideal way to get backlinks but one thing it will take a lot of time get approved your comment..

Blog commenting is something you should definitely include into your link building strategy, along with article submissions, guest blogging, forum posting, etc.

The steps:

1. Make up a list of high PR blogs in your niche. Check if they allow do follow links. Thematically relevant, high PR blogs with do follow links should be your top priority. Apart from simple Google search, also check your competitors' backlinks to find out what blogs they comment on.
2. Don't spam, be helpful and informative.
3. Provide links to your website wisely - if the link doesn't fit the context, don't include it.
4. When commenting on blogs, think beyond backlinks. Think driving targeted traffic and building relations in your community.
