Re: Advertising for the Business

Depends on what you are targeting, but a number of companies have banner ads that you can establish as affiliates. I have done so with some of the key companies in my industry and my product has really increased in traffic. What industry are you in?

Re: Advertising for the Business

If you are using google you might want to target sites rather than key words we find that much more helpful and targeted than keywords

There are many good contextual PPC/CPC, CPM and CPV based ads providers. in my own experience i think those companies deliver value for money.

Re: Advertising for the Business

Advertising is a form of communication that typically attempts to persuade potential customers to purchase or to consume more of a particular brand of product or service. “While now central to the contemporary global economy and the reproduction of global production networks, it is only quite recently that advertising has been more than a marginal influence on patterns of sales and production. The formation of modern advertising was intimately bound up with the emergence of new forms of monopoly capitalism around the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century as one element in corporate strategies to create, organize and where possible control markets, especially for mass produced consumer goods. Mass production necessitated mass consumption, and this in turn required a certain homogenization of consumer tastes for final products. At its limit, this involved seeking to create ‘world cultural convergence’, to homogenize consumer tastes and engineer a ‘convergence of lifestyle, culture and behaviors among consumer segments across the world’.”

Re: Advertising for the Business

Advertising banners and text ads are the most well established form of advertising on the internet, with PPC, PPA and other forms of contextual advertising becoming a growing part of web based marketing efforts. The cost of advertising to the advertiser can be determined in several different ways, depending on the pricing model used.

Re: Advertising for the Business

Assuming you have a limited amount of money to spend on advertising and promoting your new business, be careful how you spend it - don't blow it on one or two ads. As any successful advertising executive will tell you, it is important to get your message to as many potential customers as often as you can. Realize that a large one-page ad, or major one-time television ad, is costly and gives you only one opportunity to get a potential customer's attention. It is like placing all your money on one turn of the cards.

Re: Advertising for the Business

Try PTC sites because a number of popular PTC sites have over hundred thousand members and it is good place to advertise if you need down line. In fact it is cheaper than google and ppc. I join a number of programs through PTC sites. I join affiliate programs because of PTC sites. This is how it works. The members who clicks ads will get paid and at the same your ads will be expose to opportunity seekers. Also you can pay them to sign up as little as 3 cents per sign up. I have increase my down line because of PTC sites. They are free to join.

Re: Advertising for the Business

I do agree that advertising is one of the best means of promoting a website so it is quite obvious that the best means of advertising should be adopted. As far as I have seen video advertising works the best. This is the trend that is catching up in the corporate sector too, because a brief preview of the company would help to have a better level of confidence from the clients end.
