why does business fail ? its often happen when successful business failed ? inspite of good management,
good planing .

I think customer service in itself be regarded as a rule, cause of corporate business failures, because usually the main cause is the liquidity crisis of some sort. Now they are linked, in that poor customer service simply indicates mismanagement and inattention to the business or it may be a victim of a corner cut off cash-strapped business will . Then, find where he is the real cause may be difficult to otherwise find cases where service failures and poor customer nearby.

it is good post. Business failed many reason like customer work not properly,production system etc.
