I enjoyed the Discipline of Market Leaders it really makes you think about what value proposition you are embracing. In his book he reviews how winning firms focus on one of three customer value disciplines: product leadership, customer intimacy, or operational excellence. Trying to be all things to everybody is tantamount to being nothing for anyone. If your firm can't get its act together, you'll find this an inspiring book that makes a compelling case that success is only possible by having the courage to focus on specific tasks & disciplines

I like a lot of the books by Miller Heiman like strategic selling and large account management process (LAMP)

Currently I'm reading The Complete Guide to Publicity. I'm about 1/4 way through right now and it hasn't been too great yet. It keeps kind of saying the same thing over and over, and not going into very much detail. It seems like I'm just reading a big summary.

In general, I like the: The Secret by Rhonda Byrne. It talks about the law of attraction and how I can easily achieve my goals in life.

The E-Myth Revisited by Michael Berger.
It points out that we should spend at least as much time working ON our businesses as working IN them.

While I don't read many books on business, I have heard that Think Big and Kick a*s by Donald Trump is very good.
I do read a lot of business magazines though and my favorite one is brass|MAGAZINE. Second best is Entrepreneur.
